Shipping and refunds

When will the order be delivered?

Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed.
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
Delivery costs, if they are charged to the customer, will be highlighted separately in the order form.
Delivery times vary from country to country, indicatively they are:

  • Italy: 3-4 working days
  • Europe: 5-6 working days
  • Rest of the world: 7-10 working days

The times are indicative and may vary depending on the precise destination.

Can I change my shipping address?

Shipping information, including the delivery address, cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.
Please contact us at info@campoalsolewinery.it if you need to change the shipping or delivery information after placing your order.

Can I ship to a PO box?

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

Can I cancel an order and get a refund?

If your order has already been shipped, or if its status is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

How do i make a return?

All users can submit the return request, specifying the reason for the return, within 14 days of the order delivery date. The return procedure can be started by making a request to info@campoalsolewinery.it.

When will i get my refund?

Upon arrival of the goods at our warehouse, the items will be subjected to a quality control to verify that the return complies with the General Sales Conditions. If the return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made with the same payment methods used by the customer for the initial transaction.

Can I exchange a product?

It is not possible to replace an article. It will be necessary to return the item and proceed with any other purchase.
